Cleveland -170 vs Detroit

I’m all over this one. Carmona has been lights out this season and I would expect this to continue tonight. Last time out, Carmona allowed three runs but if a play was made here and there, he could have surrendered zero. Maroth is a AAA pitcher at best, and the Indians seem to have the Tigers number early on this season. I’m going with the tribe.

Red Sox +102 vs NYY

This seems almost like a gift. Sure, Wang can be dominate but getting the Red Sox at home as a dog is too good to pass up.

Nationals +220 vs Padres

The nationals can’t seem to get anything going with the bats. Peavy is going for the Padres. I’m going with the Nats. What? Well, 220 is a good line. The Padres had a late game till about midnight vs the Pirates last night and used up a good portion of their bullpen in the 11 inning affair. I’m going to play the fatigue factor vs the big spread.
